Well-located in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Bude in North Cornwall, this homely self-catering property provides accommodation for up to seven guests in three bedrooms. One dog is also permitted.
Sitting on a quiet residential road, the property is the owner’s much-loved home and available for families and friends to rent for a good number of weeks throughout the year.

Having wide appeal, this popular seaside town benefits from a micro-climate, ensuring there is plenty of sunshine to enjoy all it has to offer.
The South West Coastal Path with miles of fantastic walks, and Crooklets glorious sandy beach with rock pools to explore is just a five-minute walk from the house. Bude and North Cornwall Golf Course is also close by, as well as Summerleaze beach and the shops, pubs, sea pool and restaurants at the heart of the resort (ten minutes by foot).
A secure shed in the garden allows you to bring surfboards away with you to ride the Atlantic rollers, as well as bikes to explore the country lanes ablaze with wildflowers in the warmer months.
With so much on offer, you may not want to leave Bude but if you do, there are plenty of attractions and great days out. Visit Hartland Peninsula in North Devon with its spectacular scenery and incredible walks; take the little ones for a day at the Milky Way; discover the beauty of Clovelly fishing village, Boscastle and the legendary magic of Tintagel. No trip to Cornwall is complete without a visit to the Eden Project, or for foodies, Padstow. The city of Exeter is also within easy reach by car, as is Cornwall’s South Coast and Dartmoor National Park, providing plenty of memorable days out.
